The first of eight monthly ExoUniversity Forums is scheduled for April 22, 2012 from 1pm – 6 pm PDT at the Roundhouse, 181 Roundhouse Mews, Vancouver, BC.
The Forum is entitled: “An introduction to teleportation and time travel” with Andrew D. Basiago & Alfred Lambremont Webre
In the April 22 Forum, ExoUniversity faculty Andrew D. Basiago, a former U.S. chrononaut with DARPA’s Project Pegasus, will discuss the people, places, technologies, and experiences associated with teleportation and time travel at the time of its emergence in the US defense-technical community in the early 1970’s.
ExoUniversity faculty Alfred Lambremont Webre, lawyer, cosmologist, and futurist, was the founder of Exopolitics and is one of the leading political commentators on the implications of the Time-Space Age. Alfred is author of Exopolitics: Politics, Government, and Law in the Universe (Universe Books, 2005), a book that was time traveled by DARPA from 2005 (or later) to 1971 (or earlier), making Alfred a “person of interest” to the CIA.

Andrew D. Basiago, lawyer, writer, and statesman, was one of America’s early time-space explorers and is an emerging figure in the Truth Movement.
Andy has a fascinating life story to tell. Forty years ago, as a child, he was involved in different forms of time travel during the early years of time-space exploration by the US government. This classified research and development program, under DARPA, was code-named “Project Pegasus.”
Project Pegasus sent Andy backward in time via chronovisor to view historical events (including the time of the dinosaurs) and forward in time via teleporter to retrieve data about future events (to the year 2045).

We have less than a month to influence important choices.
It is not the Earth that needs healing. Natural changes are triggered by Earth’s location in space: orbit, tilt, angle, wobble. These change rhythms in Earth’s magnetic field, which affect the human nervous system, heart-rate, hormones, blood pressure, social conflict/change.
Peak magnetic effects of Sun on Earth/peak solar cycles create a pulse of energy through human activity. Bursts of solar activity correlate with bursts of human creativity.

World Ages: Each world age lasts 5,125 years or 1,872,000 days. There have been 4 World Ages which ended in fire, wind, ice and flood. We’re in the 5th World Age,which began in 8/11/3114 BC and ends 12/21/2012 AD. Mayan/Aztec calendar shows that the 5th World Age will end in movement. Gregg thinks it’s movement of thought. End of World Age is beginning of the next.
We’re already living all the prophecies. We’re in a collective trajectory. Little choices we make now, translate into big changes later on. Can tip the scales through our hearts.
At end of age, there is a 36 year zone of change. For us, this began in 1980 and ends in 2016.
Each World Age ending brings global changes. If we know what to look at in past, know what to expect when the cycles repeat.
Library of Earth’s history is locked up in ice at thepoles. Core from Antarctic Ice Sheet showed 420,000 years of Earth’s history. We’re currently in an interglacial time; global warming stopped 10 years ago and we’re now in a cooling cycle. Can’t stop it, need to adapt to it.
Earth is receiving same amount of energy from the Sun as at end of other World Ages.
The magnetic fields of the Earth have reversed 14times. Before fields can reverse, have to reach 2.0 units. Presently at 7.5 units, so not likely that fields will reverse at end of thisWorld Age.

How we deal with the end of the World Age is more of theproblem. Crises will be the catalysts that force us to worktogether. Braden sees this continuing after crises are over.

Globalization (sold to World by US). E.g. Oilis only traded in US dollars. Will be gas shortage this summer and priceswill go up. Food to Egypt from US is only traded in dollars. WhenUS

2 undesirable ways to deal with debt:
1. Default on debt.
2. Print more $ (decreases value ofdollar). Quantitative easement. In 2010, themonetary supply grew 30%, so cost of everything went up.
Nixon took US off the gold standard. China ishoarding gold. India is on the gold standard.
Long term treasury bonds decreasing.
Tangible assets that will hold value: agricultural products, energy products, precious metals.
Cleaner fuels:
Liquefied Natural Gas (wet gas compressed to aliquid). US is rich in natural gas.
No. America and Tibet are rich in mineral resources.
Reactors running on Thorium, which is readily available,can’t melt down and creates no toxic by-product that can be used forweapons. China and Russia are already doing this. Reactors
don’t have to run on uranium, which creates weapons –plutonium.
Peace is a viable industry.
Unprecedented crises require unprecedented cooperationand may be trigger for unprecedented transformation.

Heart:
Heart’s magnetic field is 100X greater than thebrain’s. Heart sends more info to brain than the brain sends back. The optimum signal from the heart to the brain is 0.10 Hz, the level of personalcoherence, the same low frequency that whales and dolphins communicatewith.
Get high coherence from positive emotions, appreciation,gratitude, compassion, care. These positive emotions facilitate corticalfunction, positive chemical changes, hormone balance, mental clarity. This is the place from which to begin to solve problems.
If heart doesn’t feel safe/ is in fright or flight mode,it kicks up high levels of cortisol, forgets immune system, resulting inUNRESOLVED HURT (fear, frustration, etc.)
Ancient Essenes (500 yrs before Christ) tell us that thefirst 100 years of human life are the hardest because, at some point, we willlose everything that we’ve ever loved and cherished. The unresolved hurtof not knowing how to cope with that is responsible for our deaths….the heartcan only take so much. Our bodies are supposed to last for around 900years. Every organ in the body is designed to heal itself.
DHEA is the precursor of every hormone in the body. 3 minutes of coherence (per day) increases DHEA to the correct level.
Heart’s electromagnetic field extends at least 5-8 ftaround body. Greater variability in heart rate is adaptive. Feeling/belief is the language that speaks to the field of energy that emanatesfrom everything. Hard to find anger in a field of coherence.

When you talk about Alfred discrediting himself in the exopolitics community, I ask: Is this the Michael Salla who presented at [James] Gilliland’s in 2006 about creating nature parks for human-ET interaction and then went on Coast to Coast AM and admitted that ET behavior has been characterized, for the most part, by stealth? Whose wife presented a lecture about swimming with the dolphins as a way to “channel ET”? In comparison, Alfred has had the intelligence to recognize the significance of my experiences and has had the integrity to support my Truth Campaign.

BASIAGO: Well, that’s great, Michael. Problem is, I have never been through “trauma based mind control.” Why do you insinuate that I have? I told you that I was subjected to efforts to make us comply with the secrecy regime and to not talk about what happened. Your allegation of TBMC is unfounded and is an academic conceit that you have superimposed over the facts of my case. In fact, you have been too academically unprincipled to explore the facts of my case. You have made a snap judgment.
SALLA:
BASIAGO: In point of fact, you, who purports to be an historian of UFO history, have totally missed the boat by not examining my claims and realizing that my experiences reveal a whole new chapter in the US government’s covert response to the ET situation. In Project Pegasus, I was even trained in the ASTART alphabet for ET-human communication and you haven’t even interviewed me. Along the way, you have made it your business to defame a respected colleague (Alfred) and a key whistle blower (Andy). So, I have to ask. Who are you working for? The truth? The intelligence community? Which is it?

BASIAGO: Alfred has supported many people with different allegations and experiences and unlike you hasn’t superimposed a misinformed judgment over them. I will leave it to him to make his judgments as to whose experiences he reports. I can say that he has sought not so much to be understood as to understand. That’s why his work has been groundbreaking and revolutionary and yours has been pedestrian and sterile. It’s almost like you’re a gatekeeper for what the CIA wants to release about the ET situation. I think that at this point the balance of the equities indicates that you are an operative. If you are not, then I would urge you to do some soul-searching and acknowledge that your egotism has caused you to fail to comprehend that I am a key whistle blower from within the postwar US defense community that was dealing with how to respond to perceived threats posed by the ETs and the Soviets. Having said all that, I forgive you, just as I forgive everybody who fails to comprehend what I experienced.
